30-Day Returns for Store Credit Only:
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for eligible items. You may return hats purchased from our store for store credit only. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit provides you with the flexibility to choose a replacement item or explore new options from our collection. Your store credit will have 1 year validity.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item/s must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The hat must be returned with all its original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Proof of customer, such as an order form or customer information must be included in your returned package.
The item/s must be returned in its original packaging/box to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit back to us.
Process for Returns
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Read the returns form received inside your package and follow the steps below:
1. To initiate a return, log in to our website using the email address associated with your order.
2. Navigate to 'orders' and select the relevant order containing the item/s you want to return.
3. Click the white 'request a return' button, fill in the required details, and click the brown 'request return' button.
4. Your request will be processed within 24-48 hrs, and upon acceptance, you'll receive an email with our return address and instructions.
Please send your hat/s back to us (within 30 days from date of purchase) at our return address outlined on your returns acceptance email. If you are unable to locate our returns form inside your package, please contact customer support.
Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For further information or assistance, please contact custom support via hello@28eastern.com.au
Store Credit and Expiration:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the hat, excluding any shipping charges or discounts applied. Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code (via the email address provided when placing the order) that can be used for future purchases on our website. Please check your junk & spam for store credit.
It's important to note that store credit has an expiration period of one year from the date of issue. Please make sure to utilise your store credit before it expires.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare case you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team via hello@28eastern.com.au within 72 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
