Shipping policy

Our team aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders are shipped from our QLD based warehouse within 1-2 business days from order date. Once your order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made. Our team work extremely fast to ensure you can receive your hat in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding about this.
